Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

6 dozen small cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated white sugar
2 eggs
cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa optional
2 cups chocolate chips
  1. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add the eggs and beat well.
  2. Fold in the flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla, and cocoa.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes at 375°F.
